I HAVE RETURNED!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, I'm backkkkkk!!!!!

After some complications and overall being REALLY busy over the month of November, I have returned!

By the way - -

I WROTE A BOOK

Yeah. I did NaNoWriMo and wrote over 50,000 words over the month of November. Yay me!

It's a fantasy story that originally started as a random dream. I dunno. I'm weird like that. I have been focusing a whole lot on my characters, because when I read a story I always love to have great characters - they're what make it feel important and special. I had a lot of fun doing this, and soon I hope to get the book published. (when I'm done of course) CreateSpace is a great way to do that, especially for people like me that aren't even near adulthood yet and want to get a story out there.

Seriously though.

You would probably hate it. I'm not all that proud of my writing so far. It feels mangled. I'm hoping to get that worked out.

Ehhh..
Whatever.

I got a TON of page-views while I was gone. Thanks for the support guys!

Some people have mentioned how bad my grammar is on this blog. It's true, my grammar is bad.
But I really don't care.
:D
Glad we got that cleared up.

I should be back to doing regular posts, and definitely try to do some reviews on both books and anime.

I have been reading a whole lot in the past few days and have discovered a whole lot of interesting books to read. It feels like my list never ends.

Am I the only one that really doesn't want anything for Christmas?
My mom kept bugging me. I said that gift cards and socks were fine.

Give me books, rice, ramen, water, a computer, internet access, pencils, a notebook, and some chocolate and I just don't need anything else.

On another note -  this is what I've been doing with my life:

This Corgi puppy is just so cute I don't know what to say.

Sorry....... :(

Hey dudes!
(I know, different opening, right? Sorry if that weirded you out.)

Anyway!

Ummmm......

Story Time!
(English teachers be warned, I am going to start the first sentence with the word "so." Please cut me some slack :P)

So about 6 weeks ago, I was playing football in gym class, and I kinda collided with this guy and my thumb broke. Of course I didn't even tell anyone that it hurt and didn't know it was broken until I got home and my mom totally freaked out and took me to an orthopedic surgeon. I didn't think it was hurt that badly, and I didn't want to be seen as a wimp, so I didn't really tell anyone. My thumb swelled up to twice its normal size, as people kept pointing out to me. Eventually they convinced me to go the nurse, who gave me a bag of ice without even looking at my thumb (of course). As it turned out, I had to wear a splint for 4 weeks, and then an extra 2 weeks were added on because I was using it too much. So I'm not supposed to be writing more than I have to. So I couldn't write this blog. (but I'm doing it anyway bwahahahahahahahahaha!)

Yeah....
I'm sad now.

On an up note:

I got some emails from you guys (you rock!) and it sounds like you were worried... :(
I'm sorry if I worried you. I know I have some pretty dedicated friends reading this blog that might not have heard about my accident.
I also got some emails from completely random people that were worried, and my heart just melted. Here are some of them:

Are you still going to post?   Of course!
Thanks for caring!

This is from Adam:

Favorite Book This Fall

Hey guys! So I'm going to be telling you about my favorite books this fall, in different categories. I hope this helps those of you that can never find a good book to read.

Favorite Book Already Released This Fall
The Body Electric
by Beth Revis

This book was sensational! It had all the thought and detail of a trilogy put into just about 500 pages of awesomeness. The writing was incredibly well-done and they had stuff sprinkled in like "P-H-Y-D-U-5." For those of you that haven't read Across the Universe, you must be living under a rock. Get your butt over there right now and read it! :) Good naturedly, of course.

Favorite Book That Will Be Released This Fall
For Real
by Alison Cherry

This book is one that no one I know has even heard of. I learned about it months ago, and it appears to have a good story. I haven't read anything by this author, but I'm still excited for this book.

Favorite Book That Has Been Out A Long Time But I Only Started Reading This Fall
Howl's Moving Castle

Didn't even know it was a movie until I finished this. Amazing story! But I bet you've already read this.

Hope this makes your Fall more awesome!

What I think of Fairy Tail 2014

Hey guys!

This will be filled with pictures depicting the 2014 Fairy Tail. Some of my wonderful otaku friends don't see much of a difference.

Them: Hmm, the new Fairy Tail?
Me: Yeah. The new artwork is different. I don't know if I like or not, but it's driving me crazy.
Them: Really? I can hardly tell. I mean, I guess it looks a little bit different.....
Me: *staring* ...... really?

Is it just me? Please don't say it's just me. I know there are new artists and everything, but all the little details are so mind-numbingly different. It's not necessarily bad, but I watched over 100 episodes of the original Fairy Tail art, and then it just changes drastically. Am I the only one that sees huge differences between the original Fairy Tail and Fairy Tail 2014?

Wow! Erza's hair difference is astonishing. Gray doesn't look too different, though.

Gosh, you can't just go around changing Natsu's hair color like that. That's messed up.

Wendy didn't change too much, although her hair color is a little bit different.

Juvia's hair did change a bit through the series, but after the artist change, her hair got longer. Also,, as with all of the characters, the eye layering is different, bringing the lashes over the hair, which I find strange. This is especially prominent in Juvia.

All of the 2014 pics are from Krystal Chah on DeviantArt. Thanks for the wonderful pics!
The rest are screenshots from the anime.

So....
Do you notice these things a lot?
Do they bug you?
Do you know people that aren't bothered by the change at all or don't even notice it?
What do you think?
Comment or contact me!

Just a Reminder

Hey guys! Just a friendly reminder:

I like to post whenever I have the time (and something to post about) so stay tuned. I will post at least twice a week (or at least try). However, I never post on Saturdays. My blog covers everything from news, anime, books, and even just random stuff.

I don't write many book reviews, but when I do I will publish them on my Goodreads account. (My username is TabbyCat and my profile pic is an old cat picture.)

I appreciate it when I get emails from you, and I will ALWAYS reply if you put in your email address. Thank you so much!

I love receiving book recommendations and requests for book reviews and other stuff and general from you guys, and I will always try to follow through.

By the way:

I'M DOING NANOWRIMO THIS YEAR! STAY TUNED DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER AS I WILL BE POSTING ABOUT MY CHALLENGES WITH WRITING.

Yay! See you later!
